5th grade wrap-up
I think that I did well learning the math this year. I was a little rusty in the beginning, and I think that it was because of the summer, but I think I got back on track. I think that I'm am pretty good at the following:
multiplying and dividing
converting fractions and mixed fractions
adding and subtracting mixed numbers
positive and negative numbers
pan balance problems
I probably could work on:
converting fractions to decimals to percents
finding area and volume
Skills for Units 5&6
Things I can teach someone else
Find and identify equivalent fractions
Convert between fractions and mixed numbers
Read stem and leaf plots
Simplify fractions
Things I can do in class
Measure sections of a circle graph
Make a circle graph from data
Make a stem and leaf plot
Add and subtract fractions with like denominators
Convert between fractions, decimals, and percents
Things I need to work on
Order and compare fractions
Add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators
